Thanks for the vote, Alex. It was made after I compared Veltroni's mug shot to Wallace (as in Wallace & Grommit) and I tried to think what character Mr B could be. It just popped into my head immediately!

I think Silvio has all of the chin and the ego, and none of the high-tech thinking.
