It takes some getting used to.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As to the other, since many of these scamps are avoiding a tax or another, hiding assets from relatives or planning a little spree without the spouse, privacy in those areas is blessed.  When there's nothing at risk, they don't really have an Italian word for it.
