Whoops! Sorry Danny, I have to admit that I did wonder for a second whether 'Danny' was a male name, I took a chance and got it wrong. Oh well, you live and you learn. Così si impara, as they would say in these parts.

Hey Alex,

thanks for posting a link to my blog. It may increase traffic a little, who knows? But, just for the record, I am actually male, not female! It's fair enough - you must have seen my references to John and assumed I was his girlfriend, but I am actually his *boyfriend*! That made me chuckle. :D Anyway, all the best. Still really enjoying your blog - the thermometer obsession was hilarious.
